RESTON, VA, May 16, 2019 – S3 is proud to announce that it has been named one of the 2019 Washington Business Journal's Best Places to Work in the small business category.

This years 13th annual Best Places to Work survey and honorees are the 100 Greater Washington companies that scored highest among hundreds of employers that participated in Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace’s annual employee engagement survey. The Best Places to Work results are quantitative, based on survey responses from employees themselves, rather than a panel of outside judges. The data doesn't lie — these companies are scoring points with their workers for perks, leadership, office space, culture and more.

The rankings of the Best Places to Work honorees was be announced May 16 at a special awards event at MGM National Harbor. Nominated businesses meeting criteria for business location and size were invited to participate in employee engagement surveys distributed by Quantum Workplace. Based on the results of those surveys, businesses are assigned a score out of 100 percent and ranked by Quantum. The top-rated companies in four size categories — small, medium, large and extra-large — were honored by the Business Journal as Best Places to Work.
